"I am so excited to tell about my wonderful experience with Black Bear Lodge. I own a construction company in Milwaukee and wanted to treat eight of my company leaders to a leadership retreat. I had twelve hours worth of teamwork talks to give and Nikki recommended we use the Tall Pines Retreat home. Wow! It turned out to be the most perfect environment to work on building a closer, more trusting team. The living room was plenty large to conduct our meetings, even with Power Point. We had the fire going non-stop (January weather). Meals together in the home proved to be good times that were family like. The home is huge and just never seemed to end. I had eight guys and my wife and we all were very happy with the sleeping arrangements, and with 4 bathrooms we never seemed to be bumping into each other. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations. Lord willing, we will be back! P.S. Renting snowmobiles allowed us to burn some energy off after the morning meetings!"

| SPECIAL TALL PINES RETREAT POLICIES |
- Occupancy - 12 Guests (at rate quoted above), 14 Guests maximum (subject to 2 extra person charges).
- Respect our neighbors by not trespassing and honoring quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
- Summer Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday (check-in after 3pm and check-out by 9am).
- Included: bed linens, basic kitchenware, pier, row boat, 6 life vests, 1 crib, 1 high chair, 1 VCR, two 19" color cable TVs, one 25" color cable TV, DVD player, generous supply of firewood for
the fieldstone fireplace & campfire, telephone with free local calls (bring a phone card or call collect for long distance), charcoal grill, picnic table, and campfire pit.
- Bring your own: charcoal, towels (bath, beach and kitchen towels), specialty kitchenware such as wok, griddle, etc, and beach toys if you wish.
- A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation – call Black Bear Lodge Resort Office for assistance! 1-800-563-4340.
- Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit, less a $25 processing fee. If your notice is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be kept. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.
