Meetings:  Small groups often gather in a living area of a lodging unit but groups 12 -75 typically meet in our Bear’s Den.  We have color-cable TVs, DVD, stereo/CD system, and projector on site. Other equipment is available by request.  Meeting space is also available 2 miles away at our affiliate, Rustic Manor Motor Lodge. The Rustic Manor is a 38 unit motel and has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, exercise equipment & meeting rooms, which can be reserved for guests of either facility.  

When meetings are over, enjoy the many resort features and explore the Northwoods!  Your guests can boat, fish, golf, snowmobile, ice fish and much more.  Our staff assists you by arranging:

Meals:  All meals, meeting snacks, and beverages can be arranged through our Group Sales Department.

Lodging:  We recommend our Luxury Lodge Homes for group functions – each unit offers two bedrooms, two full baths, plus a comfortable living area with fireplace, full kitchen and beautiful lake view.  Phones with voicemail and data port and a color cable TV are in each unit.  Double and quad occupancy rates are offered.  The Tall Pines Retreat is a spacious six-bedroom log lodge facility superbly-equipped for groups.

Entertainment:  Corporate outings at our resort often include organized social activities to encourage teamwork and camaraderie among their group.  We suggest you consider a few of the following:

• Golf Outing – many area courses challenge golfers of any ability, and let us arrange the tee-times for your convenience. 

• Snowmobile Rentals/Trail Rides – A groomed trail leaves the resort property and leads to hundreds of groomed snowmobile trails.  Let us arrange sled rentals for your group at the nearby Sport Shop.  You’ll love the scenic trails of the Northwoods!

• Fishing Guides – hire professionals to host an ice fishing demonstration OR take guests out on the lake for a ½ day or full day fishing adventure.

• Pontoon Boat – the resort owns four boats that can be rented by the hour or by the day.  You’ll enjoy the lakeshore scenery, soaring eagles, loons, and fishing too!

• Corporate Campfire Chats – we have stone campfire rings located at two lakefront areas, one at each point on our property.  The view is fabulous and the atmosphere is truly relaxing to encourage conversation.  We provide the firewood for you.

• Horseback Riding – at Elmer’s Fun Park-just a mile from the resort.

• Canoe – the Wisconsin River, starting at an outfitter just 10 minutes away. 

• Geocaching - also known as 'geo-teaming' can be a great way to build team-work.  You'll find many challenging and scenic caches hidden in our area.
