| SPECIAL ISLAND LAKE VACATION HOME RENTAL POLICIES |
- Occupancy - 8 Guests (rates quoted above are valid up to this full occupancy)
- Pets - small dogs are permitted with prior management approval and arrangement. Pet Fee per stay is $159 (or $10 per day - whichever is greater).
- Respect our neighbors by not trespassing and honoring quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
- Summer Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday (check-in after 4pm and check-out by 10am).
- Included: initial towels, bed linens, basic kitchenware, pier, row boat, 6 life vests, 1 DVD Player, 3 color cable TVs, gas grill and patio furniture.
- Available for Additional Fee: additional boats, rental motors, and pontoon boats for rent.
- Bring your own: specialty kitchenware such as wok, griddle, roast pans, etc.
- A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation – call Black Bear Lodge Resort Office for assistance! 1-800-563-4340. The balance will be due upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If your notice is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be kept. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.
