| SPECIAL ISLAND LAKE VACATION HOME RENTAL POLICIES |
- Occupancy - 11 Guests (at rate quoted above), 15 Guests maximum (subject to extra person charges).
- Pets - small dogs are permitted with prior management approval and arrangement. Pet Fee per month is $199
- Respect our neighbors by not trespassing and honoring quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
- Included: bed linens, basic kitchenware, pier, row boat, 6 life vests, 2 DVD Player, 4 color cable TVs, gas grill and patio furniture.
- Available for Additional Fee: towel service – bath & kitchen towels, additional boats, rental motors, and pontoon boats for rent.
- Bring your own: towels (bath, beach and kitchen towels), specialty kitchenware such as wok, griddle, roast pans, etc, and beach toys if you wish.
- A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation – call Black Bear Lodge Resort Office for assistance! 1-800-563-4340. The balance will be due upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If your notice is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be kept. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.
